The Complete A-Z Of Wrestling In 2018

5. V - Velveteen Dream

Velveteen Dream Kassius Ohno
WWE

Patrick Clark broke out proper in his transcendent Velveteen Dream persona at the very end of 2017 following a blistering TakeOver: War Games battle with Aleister Black. A year later, and he'd twice bantered off Hulk Hogan, once tested his mettle against metal in a five-star ladder war, and proved without question just where the future of NXT lies against differing visions of its past.

The sky hasn't really been the limit since Vince McMahon caved to guaranteed contracts during the height of the Monday Night Wars, but Dream is 23-years-old. There is no sun this Icarus can fly too close to.
