No, not Ric Flair! The man who stood by Triple H's side through one of the most successful periods of The King of Kings' career, the only member of Evolution left by Hunter's side in 2005 and the man who shared Trips' big return in late 2005 was also the man left lying in a bloody heap come the end of that segment on WWE Homecoming.

The Triple H/Flair program was a lot shorter than it would have been just a few years prior, but there was enough blood involved to make it as intense as anything else on WWE programming that year. Hunter was returning to RAW, and he teamed with the Alimony Pony to defeat Chris Masters and Carlito.

It didn't feel like victory for Flair though, as Triple H smashed him with a sledgehammer to complete the turn. Just 13 months after being the most dominant faction in the company, Triple H had managed to fall out with all three other members of Evolution. The feud ended with a brutal Last Man Standing match at Survivor Series.
