The Many Princes Of Wrestling - Ranked From Worst To Best

4. Prince Nana

Prince Nana has worked on and off for Ring of Honor since the promotion's inception in 2002, and has been at the head of The Embassy since 2004. That faction has gone through many cycles, and has included performers as varied as Moose, Alex Shelley, Necro Butcher, Joey Ryan, and Claudio Castagnoli (Cesaro).

Nana is the son of an Ashanti tribe member with royal heritage, making him a legitimate prince. Kofi Kingston is also from the Ashanti region of Ghana, but as of yet he is not a prince. Nana took his royal standing and threw it into his gimmick, evolving into one of the best managers currently working outside of World Wrestling Entertainment.

Nana had a tryout with WWE in 2013 but little came of it. Even so, as a legitimate prince it is difficult to place Prince Nana anywhere but the very middle of this list.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
