The Many Princes Of Wrestling - Ranked From Worst To Best

2. Prince Puma

Prince Puma
Lucha Underground

It's a bit of a jump in in-ring quality with the top two, to say the least. That isn't to say our previous five princes have been lacking in the ring; it just so happens that the top two royal wrestlers are two of the finest performers on the planet.

First up is the man many know as Ricochet, but who performs as Prince Puma in Lucha Underground.

Prince Puma was the in-ring star of the first season of Lucha Underground. He was the first ever Lucha Underground Champion, and his defences against Johnny Mundo, Cage, King Cuerno, and Drago were fantastic. Puma's role lessened somewhat in the second season, but whenever he was performing he continued to show why he is considered one of the best in the world.

Puma may not be a Prince for too long if rumours are to be believed, so maybe he should enjoy his royal status while he can.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
