The Misunderstood Genius Of WWE’s Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins didn't need to become one of those aforementioned small-minded losers or jock bullies to laud his tenure over his peers and the audience at large. He fought harder than most to earn their respect, battled out of substantial shadows left by Roman Reigns and Jon Moxley, and forged his own path on screen while assembling a real life just about any fan would love to experience.

He's got his family with him all the time via comfy bus, that wardrobe, and the swagger of a man that has categorically made it, whatever it is.

The magic of Seth 'Freakin' Rollins is not beneath the skin of his deranged 'Visionary' character, but right up front there with the bluster, ballyhoo, bells and whistles. What you see when Seth walks out is a man theoretically impossible to aspire to be like that somehow acts aspirational. Delusional and deranged he may be, but we as fans are welcomed into his world, and have entered full of vim, vigour and voice. No longer a company man and study of contradictions, he's fiercely sure-of-step, even in luminous loafers.

There's a good reason he was Cody Rhodes' dream opponent in 2022 and will surely be 'The American Nightmare's rival again at a moment's notice sometime in the future. The suits might look slightly different, the singalongs aren't quite the same, but both men categorically Did The Work. Misunderstood or not, Seth Rollins' genius is undeniable.
