Following WrestleMania 29, The Shield got into a short rivalry with The Undertaker. The 'Hounds of Justice' attempted to attack 'The Deadman' on the Raw After 'Mania, only to be thwarted by Team Hell No. But they would get their chance the following week as 'Taker took on - and defeated - Dean Ambrose on SmackDown.

After the match, 'The Phenom' was subsequently speared through the barricade, assaulted with steel chairs and put through the announce table with the infamous Shield Powerbomb.

Though they had already been dominating for nearly six months, this moment was monumental for Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose. The brutal attack shaped their careers for the next year as they were constantly referred to as the men who took out 'Taker and laid claim to his yard (until his eventual return the following year).

Furthermore, it says a lot that The Undertaker was willing to stick around for a few weeks after WrestleMania just to put the trio over.
