The Undertaker: 5 Awesome Matches & 5 That Sucked

And 5 That Sucked....

5. The Undertaker vs. Giant Gonzalez (WrestleMania IX, 1993)

I was 8 years old when WrestleMania IX came on my TV on SKY Sports and even I remember how rubbish the Undertaker and Giant Gonzalez match was. Gonzalez was an Argentinian basketball player, who moved to the States to compete in the NBA but after injuries, ended up becoming a pro wrestler. After a sting in WCW, he came to the WWF in a furry body suit with drawn on muscles as Giant Gonzalez, managed by Harvey Wippleman. Poor Undertaker had to have his WrestleMania match with a 7 foot man who could barely move or execute a wrestling move. Apart from a bodyslam, a chop and a kick, Gonzalez couldn't do anything. On top of that, he was too big for Undertaker to perform and moves on. Taker couldn't pick him up, so he was left punching and kicking him for the whole match. To top off how hideous it was, the Giant would knock Undertaker out with chloroform causing a disqualification. As far as Undertaker matches go, this is one of the worst.
