The Undertaker's 10 Most Dangerous WWE Matches

5. Vs. Brock Lesnar - No Mercy 2002 (Hell In A Cell Match)

The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar have met in two critically-acclaimed Hell In A Cell matches in two completely different eras, but it was their first clash back in 2002 that was the more infamous.

In all honesty, any list of The Undertaker's most dangerous anything was going to feature some kind of Hell In A Cell match on it, but this one edges ahead of most because of how badly 'Taker bled throughout the match.

No stranger to the crimson mask, 'Taker had bladed in more of a recurring fashion in the past because Deadmen don't bleed, damn it. So the sight of the legend bleeding was always going to put over the star who made it happen. That said, at No Mercy 2002, he ended up blading to such an extent that the blood rarely stopped flowing through the match.

There was blood all over his face, all over the mat and even all over Brock Lesnar as the two men put on the bloodiest Hell In A Cell match in WWE history. And yes, it did aid Lesnar's climb to the top of the mountain, but it also made us genuinely concerned for 'Taker.

The match known as the 'Devil's Playground' is undoubtedly one of WWE's most barbaric, and The Undertaker himself is the structure's most iconic warrior - which is why it was deeply disturbing to see the man so unflinchingly dominant that he built Hell In A Cell's reputation look so mortal here.
