5. Braun Strowman
At one point, Braun Strowman was Undertakers rumored opponent for WrestleMania, but over the past couple of months it seems increasingly less likely. When Strowman burst on the scene, he was booked to look invincible. He was able to take down Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose by himself! That seems long forgotten now. While Strowman hasnt been jobbed out, hes not as protected as he once was. Perhaps WWE doesnt think hes quite ready to wrestle singles matches, so it will be more of a slow burn. Or maybe, theyll realize they have to cut their losses, push the man heavily for a short time and get what they can out of him quick. For example, build him up, and feed him to Taker. Looking back at The Dead Mans past Mania opponents, theres quite a few that fit the Strowman model of giant monster that only a zombie can defeat. From Mark Henry to King Kong Bundy to Giant Gonzalez, this story has been told many times. After a lot of great, big name opponents over the past few years, this would seem like a letdown at the outset. But with the right push, maybe they could get some mileage out of making it seem like Taker is the only one who can slay this beast.
Andrew Soucek
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
