The Undertaker's 15 Greatest WWE Entrances

10. SummerSlam 1993

We've gotten so used to seeing pyros, fog and a whole lot of fanfare in The Undertaker's entrances that it's easy to forget what his walk to the ring originally looked like way back when and how effective that was too.

The best example of that is his arrival at SummerSlam 1993 when he fought Giant Gonzalez in their infamous rematch of their more infamous WrestleMania match. This was one of the earliest times he began playing with the lights, plunging the arena into darkness as he solemnly made his way down the aisle, as if he had parted the sea of humanity around him.

The blackout, the thunderous reception and the fact that there was no Paul Bearer (who had been attacked by Mr. Hughes) made this an incredibly striking moment, and seeing him towering above the WWE Universe truly was a sight to behold.
