THIS Wrestler Rumoured To Have Left AEW

The AEW roster may well have just lost a major fan favourite.

Alan Angels
AEW

Based on his recent social media activity, some are speculating that Alan Angels has departed AEW.

In addition to blacking out his Twitter profile picture, V of the Dark Order posted a comment about how he's "excited for what's next". Upon seeing this, many are taking it as meaning that Angels is no longer #AllElite and is looking forward to exploring other ventures in the wrestling world.

If Angels was indeed to leave AEW, he wouldn't be the first Dark Order member to do so, with Stu Grayson departing All Elite Wrestling earlier this year after being unable to agree terms on a new contract

Making his pro wrestling debut in 2016, Alan Angels made his AEW bow on the 8 April 2020 edition of Dynamite, losing comprehensively to Lance Archer. That defeat was quickly followed by a memorable loss to Kenny Omega, and Angels would have several AEW Dark outings before officially joining the Dark Order that June.

As of this writing, the Georgia native has yet to formally announce that his time with AEW is done, and likewise AEW has yet to make any comment on Angels' possible exit from the company. Rather than releasing talent, Tony Khan and his promotion have so far tended to allow a talent's contract to expire - such has been the case with the likes of Marko Stunt, Joey Janela and Big Swole.
