This WWE Wrestler "Would Love" To Turn Heel

Could a heel turn be in the works soon for this WWE babyface?

Apollo Crews has told Lilian Garcia's 'Chasing Glory' podcast that he'd "love" to turn heel at some point.

In what appeared to be a soft pitch towards any WWE creative team members who just happened to be listening, the former United States Champ hammered home the point by repeating, "I would absolutely love to".

Then, Crews went on to suggest that he wouldn't be a typical, hot-headed kind of heel. Instead, he'd be more measured, because that style fits his personality better. Plus, Apollo believes people take heels more seriously when they keep their cool and don't yell during every single promo.

Someone is a fan of Jake Roberts, it seems. Just a guess.

Crews added, "I’d probably fear the guy that’s a little more relaxed in that situation - I feel like that’s the way I want to go about it.”

Would you like to see Apollo Crews ditch his smiling babyface routine and go heel in WWE? Or, would you rather he stuck by his face act and tried to force his way back into company plans since being moved over to SmackDown in the 2020 Draft?
