TNA’s 2024 Return: 10 Things That MUST Happen

4. Sell AJ Styles On The Hall Of Fame

Right, so this is going to be tough at best and could prove to be a no-goer.

Things ended on a sour note for AJ Styles with TNA/IMPACT, and the man is currently under contract with WWE. The OC leader might even finish his career under Triple H's watchful gaze, but this is pro wrestling and pretty much nothing is off the table. On that note, TNA has to at least try sell AJ on a Hall Of Fame berth.

Nobody's expecting Styles to go back and wrestle (surely WWE wouldn't green light that), but it's true the TNA HOF doesn't feel complete without him. 12 inductions have taken place so far (Sting, Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, Earl Hebner, Gail Kim, Abyss, Ken Shamrock, Awesome Kong, Raven, Traci Brooks, Team 3D and the old announce team of Mike Tenay and Don West), but AJ would arguably trump all of them.

He was a true TNA original, and one of the leading lights of the promotion right up until his departure in 2014. Also, Styles did appear on-screen at Slammiversary 2022 to congratulate TNA/IMPACT on 20 years, so perhaps some ill will has faded.
