TNA's Future - 7 Ways It Could Go

3. Aroluxe Marketing Gains Control

Harris Twins Then Now

Aroluxe Marketing is the company that former WWF/WCW/TNA wrestlers Ron and Don Harris work at. Their name has popped up on a number of occassions as potential suitors to buy TNA, but right now that talk seems to have subsided a bit. However, they are one of the parties who currently own a piece of the company, as they helped finance some recent tapings.

We don’t know a ton about Aroluxe, except that they’re located in Nashville and that they have 57 Twitter followers. There are 12 employees featured on their site, two of which are Skull and 8-Ball.

An interesting note is that they have been rumored to only want to run a couple of tapings each year, and treat TNA more like Lucha Underground. No idea on how that would play out with weekly TV contracts, but it doesn’t look like they’d want to pump a bunch of money into the product, and instead would choose to cut costs wherever possible.

Is this the route that would finally make TNA profitable? Possibly. But it may also may make them less visible than ever.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
