Top 20 Draft Picks For WWE's Brand Split 2016
4. Raw - Chris Jericho
With the ball in Raw's court once again, Shane McMahon will select one of the greatest stars in WWE history - former Undisputed WWE Champion Chris Jericho. Like The Miz, Jericho will be annoyed at his late selection, and he'll give Shane the brush-off. He will say, though, that he's putting the WWE World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champions on notice, as well as everyone else on the roster. Raw is, was, and always will be Jericho, and Jericho is the gift that keeps on giving (drink it in, man).
Jericho, who's celebrating his 26th year in pro wrestling, will provide a much needed veteran's presence on Raw (Smackdown will benefit from Cena and Orton). More than that, though, he's an amazing asset as a wrestler - Jericho hasn't lost a step in the ring and he's still capable of stealing the show in matches with men half his age.
A great place for Jericho would be in a feud with Cesaro after "The Swiss Superman" captures the Intercontinental Title. It's a fresh feud, and Y2J deserves a 10th reign with the IC Title. This might not be the time for that, as Cesaro's reign should be a lengthy one, but the matches will still be most memorable.
