Once again, Stephanie McMahon will be forced to admit that Shane dealt Smackdown a devastating blow - Seth Rollins is one of the most incredible wrestlers in the entire world, and either show would be lucky to have him. Still, Stephanie's not sweating it too much, because once again, she'll have managed to outdo him - according to Stephanie, she'll be drafting a star more talented, more exciting, and more phenomenal than Rollins - AJ Styles.
As a newcomer to WWE whose skills immediately took him into the main event, Styles makes a perfect fit for Smackdown. In the eyes of many, he's still not seen as a "WWE guy," so putting him on the brand that feels more like a fledgling promotion allows him to help shape its future as he himself builds a legacy.
Of course, putting Styles on Smackdown means that he'll be on the same show as John Cena. Though the two men would do well to stand together against some of the heels looking to make an impact on the blue brand (more on them later), the inevitable showdown between them will be an outstanding, WrestleMania-worthy contest.
