3. Life After Warrior?
Something which definitely should have been cut (or at least trimmed) is the section about Warrior's wife and daughters sticking around WWE following his sudden passing. Warrior loved his wife and two daughters, that much is obvious by watching the DVD, and perhaps this is what he would have wanted. But wrestling fans will be watching Always Believe for the Warrior, as selfish as that may sound. It's kind of cute seeing Warrior's daughter training with Natalya and her and the rest of the family maintaining friendships and coming back to accept a Slammy award and so on. But it feels really out of place on the DVD and goes on for too long. It screams of WWE saying 'look guys, we're going to take care of Warrior's family, okay?'. It's great for public relations, but it comes totally out of left field. If WWE wanted to present a proper tribute to Warrior's career, it should have shortened/removed this section and added more time to looking at the major incidents in his career. The DVD ends with a decent tribute montage of Warrior, followed by a quote from the man himself and a long written speech by his wife, Dana.
