The Undertaker: 10 Great WWE Moments You Completely Forgot About

7. Masquerading As Kane

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dkJWEI2adc The Brothers of Destruction have seen it all through their careers over the years. Their rivalries have become the stuff of legend and ranks among the most brutal, most physical that WWE fans have ever seen. Their partnerships have also become legendary as virtually no other duo ever had the possibility of even weakening the brothers from Hell. But it was the night that The Deadman masqueraded as his brother that may have been lost to history. Taker battled Triple H down the ramp into the ring on Raw and after having disposed of him, set his sights on Vince McMahon himself. The problem was, Vince believed he was dealing with The Big Red Machine. Vince wanted Kane's help against The Undertaker and thought he was recruiting the real deal in the ring. But when the mask was removed, the truth was revealed. Fans may not have been wise to the masquerade, especially since both Undertaker and Kane are of similar build and move-sets. It was of course those similarities that helped convince fans that Taker and Kane were brothers in the first place so it was entirely logical that Taker was able to fool fans on Raw that night. But when he threw his signature flying clothesline, it was a very subtle prelude to the reveal that was to come. And it remains one of the coolest moments in Taker's career.
