It was WrestleMania 25 and he was meant to fly into Michaels, but instead he plunges head first on to the floor and a camera man. The sickening crunch of the camera man makes it seem all the more painful. Luckily Undertaker managed to recover from the botch and it perhaps looks worst than it was. It's still a video he doesn't want you to see, the lack of grace as his flying dive ends up a headfirst fall is quite the error. The irony is that this came in what ended up being the greatest WWE match of all time. Michaels and Taker were spectacular that night and anyone who's seen it will never forget the overall match quality. Looking back at the botch you can't help but wonder if the fall, which appears to take some impact on the shoulder, is part of the reported chronic shoulder injury which has limited Taker's work in recent years.
