Update On AEW No Longer Booking Thunder Rosa Affiliated Wrestlers
Don't ready anything into AEW not booking these names as much anymore...
All Elite Wrestling's Shawn Dean has rebutted the idea that there is something to look into when it comes to the promotion no longer booking wrestlers associated with Thunder Rosa.
Dave Meltzer noted in last week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter that former Dark/Dark: Elevation regulars Madi Wrenkowski, Jazmin Allure, and KiLynn King haven't been booked by the promotion lately. Each is a regular for Thunder Rosa's Mission Pro Wrestling and between them, they have dozens of AEW bouts on their records - but not lately.
Wrenkowski's last AEW match came on 23 March and Allure's was in July 2021. King, meanwhile, returned from a five-month absence in August, working a four-match run that concluded with a Dynamite defeat to Britt Baker on the 24th. None are believed to be contracted to the Tony Khan-helmed promotion.
Dean, who books and liaises with extras for AEW, criticised the report for "causing unnecessary issues and problems for no reason," adding that Allure, King, and Wrenkowski remain in good standing:-
It’s the kind of careless reporting like this causing unnecessary issues and problems for no reason! U have no info, yet still report this dumb bs! All those talented women are in good standing. So whoever brought that to ur attention is a liar and a fraud. #Salute? pic.twitter.com/semK36Quai

Thunder Rosa is currently off television after injury prevented her from fulfilling a planned Women's World Championship defence against Toni Storm. Rosa, who has undergone physical therapy, has targeted a January 2023 comeback, though this isn't yet certain.
