Former WWE wrestler and producer Ariya Daivari is about to join AEW full time.

The company ran a vignette for Daivari, who has had his forename shortened to just "Ari", on this week's episode of Rampage. During it, Ari looked stylish and posed for the cameras before his new graphic flashed up on-screen.

There wasn't much to the segment, but All Elite promised that Daivari is "coming soon".

Ari did make some appearances for the company in 2021 before rejoining WWE as a producer - that gig only lasted three months (between April-July this year) before he was cut loose. Now, Daivari is hoping to make a splash as an active in-ring worker for Tony Khan's outfit.

Most of Daivari's AEW bouts to date have taken place on 'C' show Dark, but he did work a losing effort to Dante Martin on the 12 November 2021 edition of Rampage. The presentation of this vignette suggests that Ari will be taken more seriously by the promotion second time around.

The one-time WWE Cruiserweight Title contender will be hoping this run sticks so he can call AEW home.
