Of course these "new movements" oftentimes correlate with moments where ratings are slipping, so as the company's boss, he puts himself on the line. This is one helluva promo. It's also the promo that preceded the push of Chris Benoit, the first of the Undertaker vs. Jeff Hardy matches, and the debut of John Cena, too, so, yeah, it's important. Worth a watch to see Vince literally attempting to mold what was largely a brand new roster of largely WWE-unproven talent with his bare hands, he again completely nails it.
