This led to many absurd on-screen moments, including Vince making out with Trish in front of Linda as often as possible. However, after losing a match at No Way Out 2001 to Stephanie McMahon, the angered McMahon, Regal and Stephanie gang assaulted Trish, the following edition of Raw on March 5, 2001 involving Mr. McMahon comparing Stratus to a female dog, and then making her bark like a dog to apologize. Then, even further, he has her strip nearly naked, too. If you ever needed evidence that pro wrestling is an incredibly f***ed up industry, this is the best of those moments. Evil, sexist heel Mr. McMahon and the provocatively clad Stratus do some business here that involves Vince taking a promo that anyone else would balk at cutting, and instead smashing it out of the park.
