9. Don't Turn Philosophical Differences Into Personal Ones

I can honestly sit here and say that I have never allowed this to happen on my end. There have been numerous creative minds that I have disagreed with over the years, but that hasn€™t in any way, shape, or form led to me having a personal distain, or agenda towards them---not once. I understood early on, that we all have DIVERSE backgrounds in the wrestling business, and that€™s where we ALL get our philosophies from. There is no right way, or wrong way to do things in professional wrestling, there are only MANY ways. You can€™t let it get personal if you want to be the best at what you do.
