With CM Punk now finally a member of the AEW roster, it appears that there are plans afoot for Punk to be involved with more than just All Elite Wrestling.

As per PWInsider, WarnerMedia is excited about Punk's arrival and are looking at ideas and roles for him "beyond AEW".

Of course, WarnerMedia is the parent company of TNT and TBS. TNT is the current US home of AEW Dynamite and AEW Rampage, with both shows moving to TBS in 2022. This PWI reports adds how WarnerMedia views Punk as having joined "their team", and thus are keen to look at ways to maximise the many talents the Second City Saint brings to the table.

Away from the squared circle, CM Punk has shown he has plenty of strings to his bow. In addition to his recent MMA commentary for Cage Fury Fighting Championships, Punk has written numerous comic books, showed how great an analyst he can be during his brief time on WWE Backstage, and has shown off his acting chops in impressive outings such as The Girl on the Third Floor, Jakob's Wife and Jen and Sylvia Soksa's Rabid remake.

The larger point being, Phillip Jack Brooks is a man of many talents.
