Professional wrestling is a world of friendships, as the amount of time individuals spend in close quarters with each other means striking up close relationships is more of a must than a want. The Scots are renowned for being a sociable bunch, so it is unsurprising to find out about the close friendships made within the blossoming scene up north.

One such friendship is the buddy boy existence of Noam Dar and Grado. The two are now true staples of the Scottish wrestling scene, and competed together on TNA's British Boot Camp (more on that shortly). They have teamed together, they have battled one another, and there is plenty more to come one would assume.

What are the chances of getting Grado into the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series? Fairly slim, I dare say.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
