As aforementioned, Adam Pacitti came out to dress down Big Damo and show his disbelief over the fact that Martin Kirby had beaten his supposed employee. Putting the GM in his place, Damo told Pacitti that he had actually resigned from WCPW, so he couldn't be fired.

The reason for this was that - months before WCPW do the same - Damo was 'headed to Orlando'. Signing with WWE, the Belfast giant knew this would be his last date before crossing the Atlantic for a fresh adventure. Before he walked out the door however, Damo had a few choice words for both Martin Kirby and the WCPW fan base.

Endorsing Kirby's skills, the 'Beast Of Belfast' said he was extremely humbled by the response he had received since his first appearance in WCPW. Going from a few hundred people crammed into a small warehouse to selling out arenas, Damo recognised that something special was happening.

Undoubtedly, Big Damo will be missed. Everyone at WCPW wishes him all the best as he chases his dreams across the pond. He will forever be the first ever WCPW World Champion.
