Why THIS Is The Biggest Star WWE Must NEVER Push

The Usos Bloodline Exit
WWE

In 2022, WWE established a grim new precedent when Austin Theory attempted to use his Money In The Bank briefcase to cash in on United States Champion Seth Rollins.

In a measure of just how big a loser he was, he failed and he lost. But in the story, he was so tired of getting battered by the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar when he came near the top title that he looked elsewhere to be opportunistic. Herein lies the problem when the case isn't carried by a heel, but with Jey Uso, this new dimension gets to be his saving grace.

Challenging for any title means he can ostensibly strap himself up anywhere on the card, but some self-reflection will result in him leaving those singles aspirations behind in favour of finding new magic in an old role. As 2024 becomes 2025, WWE will presumably have made strides to reunite Jey, Jimmy and Roman Reigns in order to take on the violent Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline in a turf war for the samoan dynasty's very soul. The Rock may well have inserted himself back into the picture with Cody Rhodes as WrestleMania looms, but what of Jey Uso and his briefcase? Jey Uso - the good man doing good things - should close the loop on an unexpected WrestleMania trilogy with a happy ending for himself and his family.

At WrestleMania 39, Jey and Jimmy achieved a dream when they main evented Night One, but suffered a crushing blow when their record-breaking Tag Team Title reign came to an end against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. The high was superficial and triggered a chain of events that resulted in their biggest collapse. Said collapse was toasted when they fought each other at WrestleMania 40. So what if, one year on from their personal rock bottom and two on from what should have been their highest high, they scale the mountain for real.

If Jey uses his golden opportunity to re-forge his brotherly bond with Jimmy and the two topple whichever two members of the new Bloodline that by then hold gold, it would complete a saga-within-a-saga-within-a-saga and might make good on the mania and magic of YEET. Jimmy and Roman merely embracing it will be enough of a pop, but the two brothers embracing while holding titles on the 'Grandest Stage' takes the the reunion to its natural end.

It's not just what WWE should do, it's what Jey Uso - a good person just wanting good things for the other good people in his life - would do. More is always more in wrestling, and if there's one thing better than an Uso leading thousands in a chorus of YEETS and flailing arms...it's two.
