WrestleMania 33: 10 Matches That Should Have Happened

7. The New Day Vs Enzo & Big Cass (Raw Tag Team Titles)

Things change rapidly in professional wrestling, and three months of mishandled television time seems a lifetime for Enzo, Cass and The New Day.

Since losing the titles in December, it became apparent how little purpose Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods actually had on the show. Their act is hugely popular with live crowds, shifts merchandise by the truckload, and still appears to have legs with or without the titles.

As it turns out though, the chase for the longevity record had become a crucial crutch for meaningful storylines, with the charismatic trio picking up mere crumbs on the red brand since the defeat.

Enzo and Cass' recent trajectory might have been even worse. Similarly over with crowds, the heavy-handed scripting of Amore has bordered on obnoxious, and actually saw him booed in favour of longstanding crowd-silencer Sheamus during a segment on Raw.

The most popular babyface tandem dethroning a heel-turned New Day to break an even longer title reign could have been a huge feel good moment for all involved.

As it stands, though the loudmouth duo are still set to tangle for titles, the upcoming match looks the weakest on the entire broadcast, and is destined for pre-show placement unless Enzo's opening spiel can justify a main card spot.
