Rock vs. Roman would be a great, natural build for a match, especially if Roman turns heel. Roman is sick and tired of all the negative crowd reactions, and finally snaps and takes it out on The Rock. You can see the dollar signs now. However, we€™d be forgetting that HHH is one of the most powerful people in WWE, and somehow always finds himself in a top, top Mania match.

From Taker (twice), to Daniel Bryan, to Sting to Roman, Hunter rewards Hunter with a nice spot at the show of shows for all his hard work throughout the year. He's already laid the groundwork for another Rock/HHH showdown anyway. On SmackDown a couple years ago the two taunted each other over who would win at a theoretical Mania match. Well played Hunter. He likely has trouble sleeping at night fantasizing about this match.

There is some intrigue in seeing the two legends battle once more, and it would be likely be a satisfying event for the majority of the crowd. Hunter would also be a safe opponent for The Rock, and able to lead him throughout the match. The Rock would feed HHH€™s ego by letting him appear next to the megastar. Everyone wins!

Of course, any movie studio that Rock is working with at the time could rightfully shut this thing down. However, if Rock does have another match left in him, you could see the two former Attitude Era stars having one last showdown.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
