Diamond Dallas Page believes WWE's storylines are "getting better and better" in 2022.

The former WCW World Champ and WWE Hall Of Famer told listeners on his podcast (co-hosted alongside fellow legend Jake Roberts) that he's been impressed by what he's seen creatively from the company over the past few months.

Specifically, DDP has enjoyed everything that Seth Rollins has been doing on TV; that might not come as a huge shocker when one considers the old-school vibes to Rollins' angles with AEW incomer Cody Rhodes. The fact their recent Hell In A Cell effort included numerous tributes to Dallas' old mentor Dusty must've been particularly pleasing to him.

Still, some fans will take issue with Page suggesting that WWE's creative output is hot right now. The promotion churns through a lot of weekly content, and there's a definite air of quantity over quality with programming, but DDP likes what he's been seeing.

Page did, however, admit that the company does "some things [he] doesn't understand". For the most part though? Yeah, the yoga guru thinks everybody involved on the writing team can be proud of themselves.
