2. The WWF Win At Survivor Series (November 18, 2001)
Putting the angle to bed at Survivor Series, it didn't escape anyone's attention that the 'Winner Take All' match came down to a battle between Steve Austin and The Rock. Austin had spent time in WCW, but he was considered more successful in the WWF, whereas Rocky had never worked anywhere but the WWF. Eventually, the WWF side emerged victorious, but the story had become so convoluted that many were just pleased it was over and done with.
