WWE: 10 Attitude-Era Wrestlers Who Never Won A Title
4. Scorpio
PWI's Most Underrated Wrestler of 1997, Scorpio came to WWF from ECW in 1996 as the brightly-colored, dancing pimp Flash Funk. And while he dazzled Federation audiences with his 450 splashes and corkscrew legdrops, he was never elevated to championship status. Not that he didn't have his shots. Flash Funk was a regular challenger for Hunter Hearst Helmsley's Intercontinental Championship on the house show circuit in early-1997, and challenged Owen Hart for the same title later that year. Funk was even scheduled to face Shawn Michaels for the European Championship on Raw Is War in late-1997, but the match never officially happened. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x36vrh_shawn-michaels-vs-flash-funk-kane-i_news After WrestleMania 15, Funk reverted to his "Too Cold Scorpio" persona, and joined Al Snow's JOB Squad. While on the squad he lost to TAKA Michinoku in a match for the Lightheavyweight Championship, and fell to Owen Hart/Jeff Jarrett with partner Al Snow for the Tag Team Titles. In early 1999 he was released from WWF, and returned to ECW briefly. He still makes independent appearances, and is still underrated as a performer.
The 'House is a father of two and husband of one in Minnesota. He is an improv comedian, and in his spare time follows WWE, MLB, The Simpsons, and Bob's Burgers. Growing up he was a huge fan of He-Man, and refuses to believe that it was in fact terrible.
