One of the countless terrible scenes in the movie Batman and Robin featured both Batman (and Robin) attending a fundraiser for the Gotham Botanical Gardens. The man who lives in the shadows and strikes fear into the heart of his foes was shown walking around a stage in daylight in full costume truly showing how silly the idea of man in a bat mask and cape can be. Coincidentally, just a few months before the movie released in 1997 Undertaker was put in a similarly embarrassing situation. In a press conference celebrating the deregulation of pro wrestling in New Jersey the Undertaker stood with Linda McMahon and some New Jersey politicians up at a podium. Of course, he was in full gear trying to stay in some semblance of his character. It was bad enough that they sent Taker to the press conference in the first place. But the WWE replayed clips of the event on RAW for everyone to see, including him posing with young fans. As awkward as that must have been for Undertaker at least he didn't have to break out his Dead Man Credit Card.
