As I've spoken to Bret over the years he is always fond of the times he was able to wrestle Undertaker and the respect these two shared for one another lasted long beyond the ring. Unfortunately Royal Rumble 1996 was not their best match together as the match and the championship were both over-shadowed by Undertaker's rivalry with Big Daddy Cool Diesel. However, any time you're able to stand across the ring from the Undertaker (who would go on to be the most famous character ever created by the WWF), in a championship match, it is a great night to be in the ring.
