WWE: 10 Best Moments From Attending WrestleMania Weekend

5. Cesaro Eliminates The Big Show To Win The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal

When Cesaro gave Jack Swagger a giant swing after The Real Americans lost to The Usos in WrestleMania's pre-show, the team split - but it felt like too little, too late. Cesaro had started to branch out as a singles star in February following a string of big wins and great performances, but WWE had seemed disinterested in capitalizing on his momentum. Sure, he would be getting something of a singles run, but as he swung his former partner around for a Superdome full of cheering fans, it was impossible to ignore the missed opportunity. An hour later, eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Cesaro was one of the 31 men in the ring for the first annual Andre the Giant Battle Royal - if nothing else, he had an official spot on the granddaddy of 'em all, which is more than many of the greats can say. As the throng of wrestlers in the ring thinned, though, Cesaro was still among the assembled, shoulder to shoulder with odds-on favorites like The Big Show and Sheamus. When final four - consisting of those three and Alberto Del Rio - stood revealed, it looked like the Swiss Superman had a chance. Big Show eliminated Sheamus and Del Rio simultaneously, bringing it down to two. He had his way with Cesaro, but the former United States Champion would not be denied. In an amazing feat of strength, Cesaro scooped up The Big Show, carried him to the ropes, and tossed him to the floor. The crowd screamed in shock and delight. Cesaro had finally arrived.
