WWE: The 10 Best Ultimate Warrior Moments

1. Warrior Wins The WWF Title From Hulk Hogan At Wrestlemania VI

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfqV3xI8l_s In the end, there could be no other choice for the #1 spot. I can still tell you exactly where I was when I saw it (the arena in Edmonton, on the big screen, closed circuit!), and I can still tell you that I didn€™t believe what I was seeing. After years of watching Hogan come back from every setback and finish off his opponents with the big boot and legdrop, FINALLY someone moves out of the way! Who would have thought that Warrior would be the one smart enough to devise that strategy? The promos to build this up were of course legendary in themselves, with both guys competing to see who could deliver the most egomaniacal and possibly drug-influenced speech about how they and only they would be the ones to lead the giant fanbase into the next decade and such. In the end, WWF took a huge gamble and gave Warrior the ball, but Hogan proved smarter in the long run by making his patented €œHulk sad face€ on the way out and leaving himself looking like the sympathetic loser who was really the bigger star the whole time. But wow, how many clean jobs did Hogan ever do in his career? Not many. And when he did, they were pretty memorable, like this one. Unfortunately Hogan stuck around and Warrior was a complete flop as champion, but he got more than 99% of the wrestling world ever got, and beating Hulk Hogan is Hall of Fame worthy by itself.
