WWE: 10 Candidates For Coaches On Revamped 'Tough Enough'

3. Ric Flair

How many people can say they've been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice and won 16 world champions? Only one person, and his name is Ric Flair. Having spent over 40 years in the business, Flair knows what it takes to be successful in wrestling and is considered to be one of the greatest of all-time by many. Though Flair "retired" from the ring at WrestleMania 24 against Shawn Michaels, he has continued to compete outside of WWE since. His legacy lives on through his daughter Charlotte who recently captured the NXT Women's Championship. After a brief tenure in TNA Wrestling, Flair made his long-awaited return to WWE at the 2012 Slammy Awards. He has made only a handful of appearances since then, but reportedly WWE has been looking for a regular role for him on TV. The ideas of naming him a manager for Evolution and The Miz have been tossed around, but perhaps the most fitting role for him could be as a coach on the newest season of Tough Enough. If WWE is too stubborn do the dream pairing of Flair and Dolph Ziggler, then the next best way to utilize him is as a mentor to the younger talent. Flair has already appeared down in NXT several times in the past to accompany Charlotte to the ring, so spending more time in Florida at the Performance Center to take part in Tough Enough might not be out of the question. The Nature Boy would bring a whole lot of star power to the show if he were to be named a coach and could still maintain a presence on WWE TV. Flair mentored Randy Orton and Batista to greatness in Evolution, so one can only imagine how much he could help a group of rising rookies on Tough Enough.
