3. The Rock
I don't think I could ever say anything bad about The Rock, I'm simply too big of a Rock mark. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact that he left. Other than that, The Rock was everything. He wasn't just the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, he was one of the most entertaining men period. The Rock's promos were legendary, his catch phrases were unforgettable, and his mannerisms were hilarious. I mean The Rock said the word 'Smackdown' and they turned it into a show. Unreal. The Rock came into the wrestling business at the perfect time. Him and Austin ushered in the Attitude Era, changing the entire landscape of the wrestling business. The Rock was the man. His sing along with The Rock segments were some of the best promos I've ever seen. His verbal battles with the likes of Austin, HHH, Jericho and Mankind were works of art. All that aside, what made The Rock ooze charisma was his overwhelming presence. The Rock carried himself like he was worth a million bucks. He knew we wanted to hear cut a promo, watch him wrestle and see him in a movie. He knew it and loved it. The Rock took full advantage of our eagerness to want to see him. He had us right where he wanted. Do this day when you see him in a WWE ring you can't help but get excited and smile. He truly is one of the greatest.
