4. Jinder Mahal
Purely and simply, this is because there is literally no promotion at any point in their history who would have been able to get Jinder Mahal over. This is a man who has redefined tedium in wrestling, and doesn't even draw in India. Khali can draw in India for crying out loud; it's the only reason he still has a job, but Mahal? Nah, they just look at him and say to themselves "if they needed an Indian character, why the hell didn't they sign Sonjay Dutt?", which is coincidentally what everyone not working for WWE is also asking themselves. Hell, Tatanka would make a better Indian character than this man.
