6. Edge and Christian (1999- 2001)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qkj7HGxESD4 Edge and Christian were perhaps the most inventive heel tandem ever and were far and away the most entertaining. Whether they were delivering their trademark five second pose (for the benefit of those with flash photography), trying (and failing) to outwit Commissioner Foley or just playing their entrance music on the kazoo the young Canadians always found a way to amuse and entertain in equal measure. They were also very very good technical wrestlers who could craft a decent match with anyone. Whether it was brawling with APA, going through tables with the Dudley Boys or battling atop ladders with the Hardys E and C could do it all and frequently did winning the tag titles on 7 occasions throughout their stellar run as a team. However, it would be their incredible series of TLC matches with the Hardys and Dudleys that would guarantee their immortality as they stole the show at Wrestlemania 16, Summerslam 2000 and Wrestlemania 17 (no mean feat i might add considering the other matches on that card). Edge and Christian remain the best example of a cocky heel tag team for any aspiring wrestlers to follow.
