WWE: 10 Hilarious Sources Of Wrestling Humour

4. Botchamania

BotchamaniaWhat it is: A long-running series of video montages chronicling the many blunders, botches, and boneheaded screw-ups that inevitably happen when burly men try to perform intricate maneuvers or speak eloquently on live television. The creator of Botchamania, a man known by most simply as Maffew, has created more than 240 of the videos to date, and pro wrestling continually provides him with new fodder. Why it's funny: Botchamania has a style all its own. Bleepy 8-bit video game music accompanies a series of hilarious screw-ups from practically every promotion on earth. Regular viewers of Botchamania have come to expect recurring segments, such as former CZW boss John Zandig hollering "JEEESUS," the "Everyone Talks Too Much" section (capturing wrestlers calling moves in the ring), and the Iron Sheik maniacally yelling "facken booolshiiiit." Some wrestlers have even come to embrace the idea of being immortalized on Botchamania, and provide their own intros to new episodes. You'll enjoy it if: You're a fan of vintage videogame music and watching wrestlers screw up. If you can't enjoy that, then something's amiss in your brain.
