8. Collect The Titles, And Keep Them In The Group

Successful teams collect titles, as titles are the mark of success. Some may disagree as many wrestlers have great longevity without major title runs, but let's define big success as top card and main event status. For this group to become more successful they must start accumulating a few titles--in addition to the possibility of them minting their own title. What I'd like to see, especially if they turn into a heel group, is them monopolizing those titles by keeping them in the group. Now, heel teams are notorious for dirty wins (especially in title defenses) but I think given the twist that they are the "underutilized" talent it might be cool to watch them rack-up title reigns by only defending against each other (or involving their team members in matches). Generally speaking, teams and stables tend to break up over title switches which realistically would be the end of this group eventually, but until then it would be a good way to inflate their title wins and elevate them quickly to the status they purport to deserve.
