WWE: 10 Most Inappropriate Stipulation Matches Ever
10. Kennel From Hell Match
Why anyone thought Al Snow vs. Big Boss Man needed a Hell in a Cell, a steel cage or a bunch of German Shepherds surrounding the ring to blow-off what was essentially a C-level feud over the Hardcore Championship continues to elude fans to this day. Combining the cage, the cell and the dogs made for one of the absolute worst concepts in the history of the company. The execution made it one of the worst matches of all-time. It was incredibly inappropriate to put the well-beings of both the performers and the animals at risk in a match that fans cared little about. Al Snow and Big Boss Man had several very entertaining hardcore matches throughout the summer of 1999. In a memorable segment of television, Boss Man proved himself an uber heel, killing Snow's dog Pepper and feeding it to him. Rather than allowing Snow to get his revenge in one last intense, physical and violent Street Fight or Last Man Standing match, writers Vince Russo and Ed Ferrara opted to take a more contrived and convoluted approach and book the first-ever Kennel From Hell Match. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4e7bp_al-snow-vs-big-boss-man-unforgiven_sport Snow and Boss Man were not the guys to make the match work, though it is doubtful anyone could make it work. The dogs were more concerned with soiling the ring mats than attacking either of the wrestlers and the entire ordeal ended up one big joke. So bad was it that the match type has never, and will never, be seen again.
