4. Mike Awesome
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKcmKnv0LLA Former ECW champ Mike Awesome was one of the most agile big men to ever compete in the square circle. His clashes with Masato Tanaka in ECW and Japan's FMW are masterpieces of violent artistry. However, he burned a lot of bridges when he jumped from ECW to WCW while still the ECW champion, and his WCW booking seemed as if karma was repaying him for his slight. He was saddled with the horrible gimmick of "The Fat Chick Thrilla" and developed an obsession with overweight women. When that gimmick shockingly didn't propel him to superstardom he became "That 70s Guy", traveling to arenas in a Partridge Family bus, which was in some ways appropriate since he was still rocking a mullet in 2000. He joined WWE in 2001 as one of the first WCW wrestlers to appear during the Invasion. He had a run in the hardcore division, but nothing memorable and was eventually released in late 2002. He was outspoken about his time there, railing against the backstabbing and politics. For a man who had such a unique in-ring ability and knack for innovation, it's a shame WWE wasn't able to get more out of him.
