WWE: 10 Lasting Legacies Of The Undertaker (Other Than The Streak)

3. The Greatest Ring Entrance Ever

If WrestleMania 30 was Undertaker's last match, he sure went out in style in terms of his elaborate ring entrance. Not only did they have 22 caskets on the stage as a way of promoting all of his WrestleMania wins, but he also took his sweet time getting to the ring. It was about seven minutes from the time he appeared on the stage to when he took off his hat in the ring. You think others in wrestling could have a seven minute walk to the ring without pissing people off? No. Only Undertaker can get away with it because nobody else has an entrance like his. His entrance has changed over the years in terms of the actual music (especially during his "American Badass" run in the early 2000s), but for the most part the same principles have been in place. Nobody had an entrance more intimidating than him. It was as if he won the match before the bell even rang just because he could get inside the head of his opponent. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBr_Kz2MCrk Once that loud "GONG" hit everybody knew what time it was. The lights went out. The smoke appeared. It was Undertaker time. From the first time I saw him at a live event in 1991 to this last time at WrestleMania 30, there was still something magical about the guy and there always will be.
