WWE: 10 Men Who Should Have Been Given The Undertaker Streak Win

4. Nobody

They say nothing lasts forever, but the truth is, I think most of us expected Undertaker to retire with his streak intact €“ maybe next year, maybe the year after, maybe even run it up to 25-0, but still remain unblemished. That wouldn't have been so bad €“ even though the time-honored tradition says you go out on your back, the streak is such a huge, important record (and Undertaker is such a respected, beloved star) that we all would have been willing to make an exception. In his two-decade-plus tenure, The Undertaker was never really the top guy €“ he always played second fiddle, whether it was to Hogan, Hart, Michaels, Austin, Rock, or Cena. He won titles, but his reigns usually didn't last very long and were secondary to the feuds he was in at the time. The streak, though, was solely his own. It was something specifically cultivated for The Undertaker, and now that it's over, it seems more impossible to duplicate (or better) than ever. In the crazy world of professional wrestling, having a constant that lasted for eternity would have been welcome.
