WWE: 10 Notoriously Difficult To Work With Wrestlers

8. Hardcore Holly

hardcore A crazy mix of the two entry criteria, WWE late 90's/early 2000's perennial midcarder Bob 'Hardcore' Holly was known for taking his personal issues to the ring, intentionally beating on his opponents in a legitimate manner if he had a problem with them outside the ring. The worst incident occurred in 2004 at a house show. The fairly green Renee Dupree had apparently borrowed Holly's rental car and gotten a ticket without telling him. Pretty irresponsible sure, but Holly's response would be what some would consider incredibly over the top and rather unprofessional. During a match the two had at a house show, Holly proceeded to beat the ever living hell out of Dupree. The fact that he got away with it is incredible in itself, but Holly would often do this and use the 'old school' excuse - he was just toughening up the greenies, showing them the 'real business.' As this old school mentality dies out, so will this practice but Holly is one of the steadfast holdouts from those days.
