WWE: 10 Notoriously Difficult To Work With Wrestlers

3. New Jack

Some argue that he shouldn't make this list; not because he isn't a massive danger to himself and others however but because some claim he isn't even a proper wrestler. Whatever your stance on that particular argument, one thing is certain: New Jack is stone cold crazy. Notorious for taking insane risks with both his own life and his opponent's, diving off balconies and using the various weaponized implements his home promotion ECW was famous for in a variety of ghastly and brutal ways that some would consider way over the line. The most infamous incident involving New Jack was the Mass Transit incident: to cut a long story short, a local young wrestler asked New Jack to help him 'get some color.' New Jack granted the kid's wish, gashing open the kid's head so wide and deep that he had to be rushed to hospital and almost died of blood loss. ECW and Paul Heyman were sued over the whole affair and it was a big story in wrestling in the mid Nineties. New Jack doesn't rank higher here as he was part of ECW, the most extreme promotion going at the time and most of what he was doing fit right in with the hardcore violence the promotion was known for.
