2. AJ Lee
It's easy to forget that AJ got her start on the all-female third season of NXT, but there's no doubting that since being eliminated in the penultimate episode of that season she has gone on the be a major player in the WWE. Having been involved in storylines involving big names like John Cena, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, enjoyed a brief stint as Raw General Manager and - most importantly - looking like she might be about to make her current Divas Championship reign the longest in that belt's history, AJ is perhaps the most most successful Diva on the active roster. The question is, where does AJ go from here? The answer perhaps lies in the NXT of today, where a wealth of female talent like Paige, Emma and Bayley are on the cusp of being ready to graduate to the main roster. By the end of 2014, there's little doubt that the Divas division will be stronger than it has been in some time, and AJ looks set to be the incumbent figurehead of that division.
